''Out of the Cradle: Exploring the Frontiers beyond Earth'' is a book written and illustrated by planetary scientist William K. Hartmann, Ron Miller and Pamela Lee. ''Cradle'' describes potential manned space missions to the planets, moons and asteroids of the Solar System.
